Polyamide (PA)

Polyamides are some of the most important technical plastics. PA 6 has high strength, rigidity, abrasion resistance, impact strength and notched impact strength. Polyamide also has high heat distortion resistance, good slip and emergency running properties. PA6 is resistant to hydrocarbons (aliphatic and aromatic), diluted alkalis, alcohols, oils or greases.

PA6 has the following advantages:

• Low tendency to creep
