Description
Ceramic fiber cloth is woven from alumino-silicate ceramic yarn, additionally reinforced with glass thread or metal wire for greater strength. The ceramic fiber cloth has good electrical insulation and excellent thermal insulation. Fireproof ceramic cloth is an excellent thermal barrier due to its low thermal conductivity, making it excellent for fire protection. The ceramic fiber fabric has a high resistance to thermal shocks. The threads of the ceramic fiber cloth are chemically resistant, even at elevated temperatures, do not dissolve in water and retain their properties in a vacuum.
