Description
Ceramic fiber blanket (aluminosilicate wool blanket) is made of machine-twisted ceramic fibers and is intended for thermal insulation at high temperatures. The result is a resistant to open fire ceramic fiber blanket that is strong, light and flexible. Ceramic wool blanket has high stability and low shrinkage, mechanical strength and superior sound insulation. Another quality of aluminosilicate wool blanket is its ability to restore thermal and physical properties after wetting with water or oil. Ceramic fiber wool is specifically manufactured for insulating complex shapes and services under high hot gas velocities.
